Ongoing Projects

1. Construction of Staff Quarters at Dwarka, New Delhi.

• Phase I – Under Phase I, the work consists of Type-I, II & IIA(G+5) clubbed together under a single building unit; Type-III (G+4) single building; Type IV(G+3) single building, Type –V(G+3) single building. The progress of work as on date is 80% completed.
• Phase 2 – The Phase II work consisting of Type-VI (G+7) twin buildings with two level basements parking, community centre& Electrical substation. The progress of work as on date is 70% completed.

2. Construction of Nagaland Guest House at R.K.Puram, New Delhi. The progress of work as on date is 85% completed. The targeted date of completion of work is March 2016.

3. Construction of Boundary Wall fencing at NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. The construction of boundary wall fencing for the plot for construction of Nagaland Medical Lodge completed.

4. Construction of Nagaland State Guest House cum Emporium at Navi Mumbai. The work is completed in all respects and application for Occupancy certificate is in progress from NMMC.

5. Construction of Nagaland House at Salt Lake, Kolkata. The work is completed and commissioned in November 2012.

6. Construction of boundary wall at Rajarhat, Kolkata.
