The Library Cum Research Cell which was previously put up at the State Library, located at P.R Hill was shifted to the Assembly Secretariat where rooms were allotted to the Department for maintaining the Books and Journals. More books will be procured by the department for ready reference of the Ministers, Parliamentary Secretaries, Chairman and Advisers and other Senior Officials in future.
